Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer with expertise in Design to lead end-to-end design and development activities. The role involves managing multiple projects, guiding the design team, and ensuring high-quality, manufacturable designs within defined timelines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers while driving efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.

Experience required: 7-14 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks aligned with Design Manager
• Design assigned Injection molds
• Check the molds as per check list
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Prepare DFM for the assigned molds
• Maintain complete project documentation as per standards

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Injection Mould Design
• UG NX proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of DFM, tolerances & simulations
