Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.
Solid Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, preferably in a business service organization with a focus on NLP and Forecasting domains.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R with experience in libraries and frameworks for NLP and GenAI.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.
Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a small team of decision scientists and effectively collaborate towards achieving project goals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams to design, deploy and operationalize models into production environments.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and experience in integrating data science solutions into existing business processes, ensuring smooth adoption, and maximizing the value derived from these solutions.
