Technozis is hiring for an exciting opportunity with one of our premium clients in the healthcare analytics space. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and Healthcare / Health Insurance Analytics.

Important: This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working on a third-party payroll arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers
• Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leadership
• Drive project delivery, performance, and innovation

Healthcare / Insurance Domain Expertise

• Work with claims, provider, clinical, and member datasets
• Solve healthcare operational and analytical challenges
• Ensure compliance with healthcare governance and regulatory standards

AI / ML / Generative AI Engineering

• Build ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions
• Design RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows
• Work with GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace
• Implement Responsible AI practices

Cloud & MLOps

• Develop scalable AI solutions on Azure / AWS / GCP
• Work with Azure ML, Databricks, SageMaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI
• Build MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, drift detection
• Containerization using Docker / MLflow
• API integrations using REST / SDKs

Required Qualification

• Mandatory experience in Health Insurance Analytics with strong domain expertise.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, AI, and MLOps engineering roles with at least 3 years in healthcare or health insurance analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing data science or AI teams.
• Deep expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks including LangChain, HuggingFace, and Large Language Models.
• Strong experience with cloud-native AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Mandatory experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, regulatory compliance, and domain-specific modeling.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience

Minimum 3 years in Healthcare / Health Insurance Analytics

Strong hands-on GenAI and Agentic AI implementation experience

Leadership experience managing AI / Data Science teams

Notice period within 30 days

Comfortable with Contract-to-Hire employment model

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced deep learning architectures such as CNNs and Autoencoders.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing techniques including Transformers and RNNs.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Exposure to reporting tools and dashboard development
