Were Hiring: Technical Operations Lead Data Engineering Platforms
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Looking for Immediate Joiners
What Youll Do:
Ensure on-time delivery of KPIs and reports while maintaining platform availability
Monitor jobs, processes, and alerts with proactive issue resolution
Lead capacity planning, performance optimization, and incident management
Drive automation, define SOPs, and build a strong knowledge base
Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, L3 teams, and stakeholders for seamless operations
Mentor and guide L1/L2 teams to enhance technical capabilities
Handle escalations, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure SLA adherence
Support 24x7 operations including on-call and weekend coverage
What Were Looking For:
Strong expertise in ETL pipelines and data engineering components
Hands-on experience with Airflow, Kafka, NiFi, Yarn, and ELK stack (Kibana/Grafana)
Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix
Experience managing TechOps teams (810 members)
Solid understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Exposure to Jenkins and deployment pipelines
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills"
Experience:
8+ years in Technical Operations within Data Engineering environments (Cloudera / Spark / Apache / ELK)
