JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a strong background in data analytics, with expert-level knowledge in Power BI, ServiceNow, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, and other relevant software tools. You will be responsible for developing and managing BI solutions, creating reports, visualizations, and providing actionable insights that support our business decisions. Additionally, you should be proficient in Power BI report and dashboard development, ensuring that our data-driven strategies are effectively communicated and implemented.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Were looking for Candidate having 9-12 years of Experience in Data Analytics and Power BI dashboard development. The candidate is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and validating IT Service Management (ITSM) data to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of ITSM data and reports. Key responsibilities include:

Provide leadership to the team by overseeing project delivery, guiding analysts and developers, driving best practices, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of BI and ITSM analytics solutions.

Gather data from ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Power BI, and perform rigorous data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy

Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and patterns.

Working with process owners and other stakeholders to explain data and recommend actions. This involves collaborative sessions to discuss data and generate new ideas to support ITSM processes

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI using Python scripts and SQL queries.

Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Implement data modelling, visualization, and reporting techniques to provide scalable and efficient BI solutions.

Collaborate with IT and software teams to integrate Power BI with other software tools and platforms.

Design, develop and deploy Power Apps

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technology to suggest and implement improvements.

Integrating with continuous improvement resources to drive change and improve ITSM data quality. This includes addressing reporting inconsistencies and enhancing data quality

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role with a minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in Reports/Dashboards Development, Power Apps, etc.,

Experience with data modelling, ETL processes (MSBI / Alteryx / MS Fabric)

Experience in Data Engineering projects using any one of the cloud technologies - MS Fabric, MS Azure, AWS, GCP.

Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Good to have Knowledge in Service Now Reports and Dashboard development

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
