Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our E-Commerce Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience handling customer queries through voice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and complex customer issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.


Requirements

  • Hiring fresher graduates & experienced candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.


Salary: 4 - 4.5 Lacs / 1 way Cab
