Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our E-Commerce Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience handling customer queries through voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalations and complex customer issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Hiring fresher graduates & experienced candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary: 4 - 4.5 Lacs / 1 way Cab
