We Are Hiring: Senior CRM Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Real Estate CRM
At E-Infra, we are looking for a Senior CRM Executive who can manage customer relationships efficiently and ensure a seamless post-sales experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
Handle post-sales documentation and coordination.
Ensure timely agreement, registration, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams for smooth transaction processing
Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data
Track customer interactions and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
2+ years of CRM experience in the Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Experience in post-sales documentation & customer coordination
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently
Preferred Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of real estate documentation & registration process
Customer-first mindset
