Your Role :

Youll turn bold ideas into beautiful, high-performance digital experiences - blending code, design, motion, and video to bring brands to life across screens.

Youll also work across our portfolio of companies, partnering with founders,to craft digital experiences that are beautiful, intuitive, and help us stand out

This is not just a dev role ...

This is a creative leadership role.

What Youll Be Creating:

Youll own projects from first sketch to final deploy - shaping how users see, feel, and interact with brands.

You will:

Build responsive, high-performance websites, microsites, and interactive experiences

Lead development for campaign landing pages, social-first experiences, and digital activations

Translate wireframes, UI designs, and motion concepts into polished production-ready code

Craft motion graphics, UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions that elevate storytelling

Edit and produce short-form videos for campaigns, websites, and social platforms

Optimize landing pages for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and video ad campaigns

Integrate tracking pixels, UTMs, analytics, and performance tools

Your Creative-Tech Arsenal:

Development

Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

Hands-on with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.)

Deep understanding of responsive design, performance, and browser compatibility

Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows

Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie)

Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS or similar)

Design & Motion

Advanced proficiency in Figma (UI/UX, design systems, prototyping)

Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

Motion graphics expertise using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar

Ability to storyboard, animate, and design UI motion systems

Skilled in video editing, sound syncing, and visual storytelling

Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless, custom)

Performance & Quality

Core Web Vitals and performance optimization

Accessibility best practices

Cross-browser and device testing

Solid understanding of SEO and analytics

Bonus Superpowers (Nice-to-Have)

3D / CGI experience (Blender, Cinema 4D)

Illustration, branding, or creative direction experience

Curiosity for AI tools and emerging tech
