OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN COMPANY IN MIDDLE-EAST:
Position: Sr. Contracts Engineer / Manager
Experience: 8 - 12 Years (Senior Engineer to Manager)
Positions:
Manager - Contracts: 15+ Years
Sr. Contracts Engineer: 8 to 12 Years
Engineer - Contract: 5 to 8 Years
Required Expertise:
- Engineering Degree in any Specialisation (Civil preferred)
- Good Contract Engineering and Management Experience in: (Infrastructure sector, High Rise Building, Construction etc.)
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract management
- Hands-on experience in variations, claims management, and EOT
- In-depth understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects (Buildings, Residential Apartments, Villas)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
