Learn more about ET&P Your work profile Java Automation Engineer Programming: Strong Java (8+), OOP concepts, familiarity with Maven/Gradle. Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Appium (optional for mobile web). Testing Frameworks: TestNG or JUnit, Cucumber (BDD) for behavior driven tests. Build & CI: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions; experience with pipeline scripting (Groovy, Bash, PowerShell). Version Control: Git (branching, pull request workflow). Browser Management: ChromeDriver, GeckoDriver, EdgeDriver; cross browser testing tools. Reporting: Allure, ExtentReports, TestNG reports; ability to integrate with dashboards. API Testing: RestAssured, HTTPClient, or Karate for service layer validation. Containerization (optional but preferred): Docker, Docker Compose for local Selenium Grid; familiarity with Kubernetes for scaling grids. Performance Monitoring: Basic understanding of page load metrics, Lighthouse, or similar tools. Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux (command line proficiency). Key skills required Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
