Roles and Responsibilities : Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment Lead the development team and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, testing , deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities Required skills and qualifications 7-10 years experience in building large-scale software applications Experience in building web applications Experience in Shellscripting. Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like React, Struts, JSF, and Spring MVC, Spring Boot. Extensive knowledge in Java development , Webservices and JavaScript Experience with ORM (e.g. , Hibernate) Understanding of JPA Experience in DevOps Tools (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins or deployment tools, etc) Excellent debugging and optimization skills Experience in unit/integration testing Excellent communications skillsTechnical Skills : Java , JavaScript, React , HTML/CSS,Git and GitHub. Tomcat , WebSphere React FTP/SFTP Unix and Shellscript Databases and Web Storage. Spring Frameworks. DevOps tools ( Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes)Shift Timings-Availability required during US business hours (6 PM 3 AM IST)
