Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:

  • Responsible for client meetings, briefings, presentations, retention of clients, and developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Work efficiently and closely with Creative/Technology/Strategy teams to deliver around brand strategy.
  • Set up a successful working partnership with peers from mainline to bring integrated teamwork.
  • Handle brand planning, tech solutions, revenue planning, and brand positioning closely.
  • Overall management of brand decks, social calendar, asset deployment, and client campaigns.
  • Maintain client relationships and have regular meetings on campaign checkpoints.
  • Keep track of all payment milestones for invoices and revenue targets.



A little bit about you

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with 4+ years of experience in digital account management, client servicing, or solution strategy. Good communication, strong presentation, and Excel skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
