Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect with 57 years of professional experience, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and Revit-based architectural documentation. The candidate will lead BIM coordination, model management, and multi-discipline integration while supporting the architectural design team with technical precision and project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM execution and coordination for architectural projects from concept to construction stages.
• Develop and manage Revit models, templates, families, and project standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for interdisciplinary model integration and clash detection.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings, schedules, and deliverables generated from the BIM model.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and manage project-specific BIM protocols.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior architects and BIM technicians.
• Support project managers and architects in maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 47 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of dedicated BIM/Revit experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) modeling, detailing, scheduling, and documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Navisworks (for clash detection).
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC platforms and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of building codes, detailing standards, and project coordination.
• Good communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
