About the Rol

eWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, NestJS, Microservices Architecture, and real-time communication technologies

.This role requires a strong product engineering mindset, ownership of backend services, and the ability to design and develop systems that support large-scale enterprise applications

.Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS
• .Build and optimize RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture
• .Develop and maintain real-time communication systems using WebSockets and WebRTC
• .Design secure, high-performance, and highly available backend services
• .Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage and caching
• .Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• .Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Engineering teams
• .Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• .Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, performance optimization, and security standards
• .Take ownership of backend modules from development through production deployment

.Required Skill

• sStrong hands-on experience in Node.js Backend Development
• .Experience working with NestJS Framework
• .Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• .Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• .Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• .Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets
• .Understanding of WebRTC is highly preferred
• .Strong knowledge of API design, authentication, authorization, and backend security
• .Experience in designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems
• .Good understanding of system design and backend architecture principles

• dExperience working in Product-Based Companies, SaaS Platforms, Enterprise Software, Communication Platforms, or Technology Startups
• .Experience building chat platforms, collaboration tools, messaging systems, communication products, or real-time applications
