Awareness and willingness to adopt new and emerging technologies

Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows

Own and manage the complete backend architecture of the company

Lead and coordinate backend & frontend teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications

Take initiative in adopting new technologies to improve systems and workflows

Oversee and maintain all existing projects, ensuring smooth operation and enhancements

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment
