Senior Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, ownership-driven individual to join our growing Law Team. This is not a passive execution role, we need someone who takes responsibility, solves problems, and gets things done without constant supervision.

You will work closely with the core operations and legal team, supporting day-to-day workflows, improving processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute legal and operational workflows (matter setup, tracking, follow-ups)

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders

Ensure tasks are completed end-to-end, not just initiated

Identify gaps in processes and proactively suggest improvements

Support billing, documentation, and reporting activities

Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all work

Take ownership of deadlines, priorities, and deliverables

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background in law, operations, or business support (LLB / Commerce / similar preferred)

Prior experience in legal firms, operations teams, or service-based businesses is a plus
