Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, coordination, and execution
- Own training data, MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reporting
- Track key training metrics such as attendance, completion, utilization, and feedback
- Execute training requests using Agile Kanban practices (backlog management, WIP tracking, flow metrics)
- Maintain training trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and business stakeholders during second-shift hours
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation in training operations
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in Training Operations / L&D Operations / Training Management
- A bachelors degree in business administration - Human Resources, Operations, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Strong hold on Training Operations planning, management & reporting.
- Rich hands-on experience in Data management and Reporting using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Lookups, Charts, Data Analysis)
- Good Exposure MS Office Suite of Products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work 12 PM 9 PM IST (mandatory).
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Excel Macro Automation.
- Exposure to large-scale or enterprise training programs / COE models
- Knowledge of Data quality & Metrics
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge on Instruction Design (preferred, not mandatory)
- Agile / Kanban certification (preferred, not mandatory)
