About the Role

EssEnn Architects is looking for a technically strong Senior Architect with proven expertise in preparing construction-ready architectural documentation with 6+ years of experience.

This is NOT a concept design or visualization role.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing complete Working Drawings, GFC Drawings, construction details, consultant coordination, and providing execution support for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete Working Drawings and GFC Drawing packages.
• Develop architectural details for construction.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Fire, Landscape, and other consultants.
• Review and resolve drawing clashes before construction.
• Support site teams by resolving technical queries.
• Review drawings prepared by junior architects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and company standards.
• Maintain drawing quality, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
