Senior Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect with 1015 years of professional experience to lead the architectural design function across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual and design capabilities, with expertise in translating business requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions.

This role is primarily focused on design development, design management, and ensuring architectural excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The position involves limited site coordination and construction supervision responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead architectural design from concept to design development stages.
• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with project objectives, market positioning, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish project design vision, massing studies, spatial planning, and architectural language.
• Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across projects.

Master Planning & Development

• Participate in feasibility studies and site analysis.
• Develop master planning concepts for residential townships, commercial developments, and mixed-use projects.
• Optimize land utilization while maintaining design excellence and sustainability objectives.

Design Development

• Review and guide schematic design, design development, and detailed design documentation.
• Ensure integration of architectural, structural, landscape, and MEP requirements into the design.
• Conduct design reviews and provide direction to internal design teams and external consultants.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business development, project management, marketing, and leadership teams to align design strategies with commercial objectives.
• Present design concepts and project proposals to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with external architectural consultants when required.

Design Quality & Innovation

• Drive adoption of modern design practices, sustainable architecture principles, and industry best practices.
• Maintain high standards of aesthetics, functionality, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, materials, and architectural innovations.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Support approval submissions through review of architectural documentation.
