Senior Architect (Architecture & Interior Projects)

An architecture and design practice in Worli, is hiring a Senior Architect with 510 years of experience to work on residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and interior architecture projects. The role involves design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, client interactions, and project execution across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and project planning activities

Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and project documentation

Translate project requirements into architectural solutions aligned with project objectives and constraints

Oversee preparation of construction documentation, technical drawings, and specifications

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, faade, and specialist consultants

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and coordination requirements across project stages

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews

Participate in site visits and review project execution activities

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams during construction stages

Review material specifications and detailing requirements

Guide and support architects and design team members on assigned projects

Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and project requirements

Participate in internal project reviews and coordination activities

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

510 years of professional experience in architecture projects

Experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or interior architecture projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design visualization tools

Experience managing projects through design development, documentation, and execution stages

Experience preparing construction documentation and technical drawings

Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

Understanding of construction practices, building regulations, detailing, and material systems

Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities simultaneously

Experience conducting client meetings and project presentations

Work Schedule

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Working days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Half day on Saturdays
