We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer with hands-on expertise in Appian AI Doc Center (Doc AI) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who can independently design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Appian solutions with a strong focus on intelligent document processing, automation, and system integration.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian applications and business workflows.
• Build, train, and optimize document extraction models using Appian AI Doc Center (Doc AI).
• Lead solution design, architecture, technical implementation, and deployment activities.
• Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and processing workflows.
• Transform extracted document data into business-ready formats and downstream system structures.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation platforms.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions connecting Appian, AI Doc Center, RPA tools, and external systems.
• Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational tracking mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Integrations, and overall Appian Architecture.
• Proven experience with Appian AI Doc Center (Doc AI).
• Strong understanding of OCR, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating Appian with REST/SOAP services and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of RPA platforms and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical solution delivery.

• Appian certification(s) preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
