Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end resource management and allocation

Demand vs Supply planning and fulfilment

Utilization and billability tracking

Bench management and governance

Capacity planning aligned with business goals

Coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring teams

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
