Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer, 8+ years

You will join a team of experienced consultants working on AI-native full-stack software development across modern product and implementation initiatives.

With your strong full-stack background, you will take ownership of backend services, APIs, database design, integrations, frontend development, and production-ready code. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment where AI-assisted development tools are used as a core part of the engineering workflow.

You will collaborate with technical leads, developers, product stakeholders, and customer-facing teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and database-driven functionality.
• Work with PostgreSQL for database design, development, optimization, and data handling.
• Use Kafka or similar messaging technologies for event-driven solutions where required.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging.
• Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery activities.
  

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Solid full-stack development experience, including backend and frontend implementation.
• Experience building production-grade backend services and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven/messaging technologies.
• Good understanding of scalable software architecture, integration patterns, and clean code principles.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Experience working in AI-native or AI-assisted software development environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working on prototypes, MVPs, or implementation projects.
• Previous consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern deployment environments.
