Senior AI / NLP Engineer (Production-Scale Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI / NLP Engineer with a strong track record of building and operating AI/ML solutions in production at scale. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience running high-scale AI systems, including successful delivery of at least two production-grade solutions in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Neural Machine Translation (NMT).

You will work on designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing intelligent systems that process and analyze large volumes of text data, including language models, translation systems, text classification, and information extraction solutions.

The role requires practical experience in taking AI models from experimentation to reliable, scalable, and monitored production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-scale NLP and ML solutions
• Develop AI systems for text classification, summarization, translation (NMT), semantic search, and information extraction
• Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation to deployment
• Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models and large language models
• Build and operate Neural Machine Translation (NMT) solutions in production
• Work with large datasets for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models into applications
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation pipelines for production AI systems

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience running AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Proven experience delivering at least 2 production-grade solutions in NLP and NMT
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience deploying models via APIs or batch pipelines
• Understanding of scaling, performance optimization, governance and observability of ML systems

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
