About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI company building next-generation enterprise AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI systems while working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications at scale.

- Develop robust backend systems and APIs that power AI products in production.

- Work with large-scale datasets to improve model performance, reliability, and accuracy.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Optimise model inference, latency, scalability, and infrastructure utilisation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into impactful AI solutions.

- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and modern AI infrastructure.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

- Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on consumer-facing products at scale.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or Generative AI applications.

- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern MLOps practices.

- Experience with vector databases and AI infrastructure tooling.
