Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI, and modern LLM frameworks like LangChain. This role will focus on designing and building intelligent, autonomous AI systems and scalable machine learning solutions to drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks
• Build and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Develop and optimize applications using LangChain and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Work with Open-source ML frameworks and tools for scalable AI solutions
• Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise systems through APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agent-based architectures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Python development and Machine Learning
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous AI systems
• Proven expertise in LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience with Open-source ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering
• Experience in building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in production
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices
• Exposure to NLP, embeddings, and semantic search
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
