Job Description
Location: Chennai, Pune & Hyderabad
Below are the mandatory skills/experience required for this role:
- Hands-on with frameworks likeLangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
- Strong inRAG architectures, tool-calling, memory, reflection/critique loops.
- Proven delivery of at least oneproduction-grade multi-agent GenAI system.
- Python proficiency(preferred language for agentic workflows).
- Familiarity withcloud AI platforms(Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Anthropic APIs).
- Experience designingpersona catalogs, system prompts, tone/authority boundaries.
- Ability to operationalize persona adaptationwithin agent flows(not post-processing).
- Hands-on RCA incomplex systems(network, IT ops, customer journeys).
- Embedding RCA methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, fault tree) into agent workflows.
- Integration withobservability tools(logs, metrics, traces, events).
- Knowledge ofguardrails, PII handling, access control, auditability, responsible AI practices.
- Ability to enforcepolicy-bound behaviorin enterprise contexts.
- End-to-end program ownership (design pilot hypercare).
- Experience inregulated industries(telecom, finance, healthcare).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to present outcomes inbusiness-friendly language.
- 812 years in AI/ML, software engineering, or data science.
- 23+ years specifically inGenAI / agentic systems.
- Must have delivered at least oneproduction or late-stage pilotof a multi-agent GenAI system.
