ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer who will lead enterprise-wide AI adoption by designing, developing, and deploying AI agents across every function at Aurigo. You will enhance developer productivity in Engineering, drive intelligent automation for Marketing, Sales, and Presales, streamline operations in HR and Finance, and empower Business Analysis with AI-driven insights. This role combines deep expertise in AI/ML agent frameworks with strong front-end development skills in React JS, enabling you to build end-to-end agent experiencesfrom the AI backbone to polished, user-facing interfacesand serve as the go-to AI champion across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Agent Design & Development

Architect, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or the Claude Agent SDK to automate engineering workflows and business processes.

Design multi-agent systems that integrate with internal tools and services across the engineering and business stack.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases for contextual, domain-specific agent responses.

Develop prompt engineering strategies, fine-tuning pipelines, and evaluation harnesses to continuously improve agent accuracy and reliability.

Developer Productivity

Build AI-powered developer tools that integrate with Azure DevOps, including intelligent code review agents, automated testing assistants, and CI/CD pipeline optimizers.

Create agents that interface with MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL to automate database operations, query optimization, and data migration tasks.

Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS infrastructure orchestrated with Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Enterprise-Wide AI Adoption & Strategy

Champion and lead AI adoption across the organization by partnering with department heads in Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Presales, and Business Analysis to identify high-impact automation opportunities.

Develop a reusable AI agent platform and shared services layer that enables rapid deployment of agents across business functions.

Conduct AI readiness assessments, build proof-of-concepts, and drive stakeholder buy-in for enterprise AI initiatives.

Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and responsible AI guidelines for enterprise-wide agent deployment.

Marketing, Sales & Presales

Design and implement AI agents integrated with Salesforce to automate lead scoring, pipeline analysis, customer engagement workflows, and campaign optimization.

Build conversational AI assistants for Sales teams that provide real-time insights, generate proposals, and support deal management.

Develop marketing automation agents for content generation, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.

Create Presales enablement agents that automate RFP/RFI response generation, solution configuration, competitive analysis, and demo preparation.

HR & People Operations

Build AI agents to streamline talent acquisition workflows including resume screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling, and onboarding automation.

Develop intelligent HR assistants for employee self-servicepolicy lookups, leave management, benefits inquiries, and training recommendations.

Create workforce analytics agents that surface insights on attrition risk, engagement trends, and skills gap analysis.

Finance & Business Analysis

Develop AI agents for Finance teams to automate expense report processing, invoice reconciliation, budget variance analysis, and financial forecasting.

Build intelligent reporting agents that generate real-time financial dashboards, audit-ready summaries, and compliance monitoring alerts.

Create Business Analysis agents that automate requirements gathering, stakeholder impact analysis, data modeling, and KPI tracking across departments.

Implement AI-driven data analytics agents that connect to MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL to surface actionable business insights from enterprise data.

Front-End Development & Agent UX

Design and develop rich, interactive React JS front-end interfaces for AI agents, including chat-based UIs, dashboards, and workflow canvases.

Build reusable React component libraries for agent interactions, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all deployed agents.

Implement real-time streaming, WebSocket communication, and state management (Redux/Zustand) for responsive agent interfaces.

Ensure front-end quality through unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), accessibility compliance, and performance optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education

612 years of overall software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with specific focus on building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.

AI & Agent Development

Proven expertise in LLM-based agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar).

Strong experience with large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, FAISS), and embedding models.

Familiarity with AI agent patterns: tool use, function calling, planning, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.

Front-End & React JS

Strong proficiency in React JS (3+ years), including hooks, context API, and modern patterns (Server Components, Suspense).

Experience with TypeScript, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil), and front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack).

Ability to build production-grade UI components with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

Platform & Infrastructure

Working experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, or equivalent AI services).

Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration, scaling, and deployment of AI workloads. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and work item tracking.

Working knowledge of MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce (Apex, Salesforce APIs, Einstein AI).

Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for building interoperable AI tool integrations.

Experience building AI-powered developer tools (code generation, test automation, documentation agents).

Knowledge of MLOps practices: model versioning, A/B testing, monitoring, and drift detection.

Experience with HRMS/ERP integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) for building HR and Finance automation.

Prior experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption or digital transformation programs across multiple business units.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise data warehousing for analytics agent development.

Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs) and event-driven architectures.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in relevant domains.
