Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to independently handle the finance and accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and cash flow statements for management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:-

• Master's/Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industries preferred.
