Role Overview

We are looking for a Security Platform Engineer to maintain and administer Gradient Cybers Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) and case management systems. This role ensures these platforms are reliable, well-integrated, and optimized for SOC workflows.

This is a back-office role that supports internal security operations and automation teams.

Standard business hours, flexibility based on role and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Threat Intelligence Platform and case management systems
• Manage integrations between TIP, case management, SIEM, SOAR, and other platforms
• Ensure data quality, availability, and operational reliability
• Configure workflows, permissions, and automation triggers
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate fixes
• Maintain clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Support continuous improvement of security operations tooling

Required Qualifications

• Experience with security platforms, case management systems, or operational tooling
• Understanding of threat intelligence workflows and security operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIP platforms (e.g., MISP, Anomali, Recorded Future)
• Experience supporting SOC or MSSP environments
• Familiarity with SOAR, SIEM, or automation platforms
