Security Officer Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Ensure safety and security of factory premises, assets, and personnel
• Conduct regular patrols inside and around the facility
• Check and verify ID cards, visitor passes, and delivery documents
• Maintain daily logs and security records (visitors, vehicles, incidents)
• Handle CCTV monitoring and report any suspicious activity
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and safety violations
• Coordinate with management and HR on security matters
• Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Supervise security guards (if in senior role)
• Assist in fire safety checks and emergency drills
