Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their business protection needs and challenges. You will spend time shaping comprehensive security strategies tailored to enhance their cyber resilience. Your role includes designing robust security solutions and offering expert guidance to help clients navigate complex security landscapes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of security postures is a key part of your daily activities. You will also monitor emerging threats and adapt strategies to maintain strong protection frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security frameworks that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Support junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and controls within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to directory services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving directory service-related incidents to maintain system integrity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
