Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves defining a comprehensive cloud security framework and designing the architecture to align with organizational business needs and performance objectives. This role includes documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and maintained throughout the cloud environment, supporting the organization's strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in designing secure cloud environments and implementing security controls.
- Ability to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies within cloud infrastructures.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, encryption technologies, and network security in cloud contexts.
- Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures to support managed security services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
