We are hiring SEO Lead for Digital Marketing Team !!!

Reporting To: Head of Digital Marketing/ Manager Digital Marketing

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SEO professional to lead and drive the organizations SEO strategy by enhancing online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings across all digital platforms. The role is responsible for planning, execution, and continuous optimization of SEO initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement result-oriented SEO strategies to improve organic search performance

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis

Optimize website content,Apps, landing pages, and site architecture for better visibility and user experience

Manage and execute technical SEO activities including site audits, indexing, crawlability, and page speed optimization

Collaborate with internal teams (content, IT, design, and marketing) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated

Drive off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach campaigns

Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

Track and report SEO KPIs such as traffic growth, rankings, conversions, and ROI

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

Lead, mentor, and guide junior SEO team members

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field

69 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing

Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving traffic growth

Skills Required

Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager ,SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development concepts

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in retail / eCommerce industry

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Magento, WordPress, or Shopify

Knowledge of Local SEO and GEO, ASO .

Experience managing large-scale or multi-location websites.
