Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation
• Optimize websites for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Optimization (AIO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities

Technical SEO

• Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, and site performance
• Improve website structure, page speed, and overall SEO health
• Implement schema markup and ensure best practices for search engine visibility

Content & On-Page Optimization

• Optimize website content for search intent and ranking improvements
• Work closely with content teams to enhance SEO performance
• Execute on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, internal linking, and content structure

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Develop and execute link-building strategies including guest posting and outreach
• Improve domain authority and search rankings through high-quality backlinks

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Microsoft Clarity
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize SEO strategies
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Paid & Integrated Marketing Support

• Support digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads and social media marketing
• Align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives

Website Management

• Manage and optimize WordPress websites
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized

Qualifications

• 36+ years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Hands-on experience in keyword research and content optimization
• Experience in website audits, SEO improvements, and reporting
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic website management
• Understanding of paid marketing is an added advantage
• Familiarity with GEO / AEO / AI-based SEO is a plus
