Search Engine Optimization Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO professional who operates at the convergence of Search + AI someone who treats SEO as a scalable growth engine, not a checklist activity.

This is not a traditional keyword-and-backlinks role. We need a builder. A systems thinker. Someone who has engineered SEO workflows using AI, automated processes at scale, and understands how search intent is evolving in an AI-first world.

If you have built machines not just optimized pages this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven SEO Systems

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for content generation, clustering, and optimization
• Leverage LLMs to scale internal linking, schema generation, metadata automation, and content refresh.
• Build repeatable frameworks that reduce manual SEO dependency

2. Programmatic & Scalable SEO

• Conceptualize and execute programmatic SEO initiatives
• Build large-scale landing page ecosystems driven by structured data
• Architect topical clusters aligned with search intent and semantic depth

3. Search Intent & Authority Building

• Map search journeys and develop full-funnel content ecosystems
• Drive topical authority using cluster models and entity-based SEO
• Optimize for evolving SERP formats, including AI-powered results

4. Automation & Experimentation

• Build dashboards and tracking systems for SEO performance at scale
• Run structured experiments to improve crawl efficiency, indexing, and content velocity
• Continuously refine systems based on data, not assumptions

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience scaling organic traffic through structured systems
• Hands-on exposure to AI/LLMs for SEO operations (content clustering, automation, linking, etc.)
• Strong understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, and topical authority frameworks
• Experience with programmatic SEO initiatives
• Ability to think in terms of systems, not isolated optimizations
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup or agency environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with React, headless CMS, or custom CMS environments
• Knowledge of structured data at scale (schema automation)
• Exposure to Python, automation tools, or SEO scripting
• Experience optimizing for AI-powered search interfaces
