Job Title : SEO Executive

Location : Aurangabad

Employment Type : Full-Time

Working Hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off : Sunday & 2nd and 4th Saturday

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive who can drive organic growth, improve search rankings, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

This role is focused on B2B IT services marketing, so candidates should have a strong understanding of B2B audience behaviour, market research, lead generation strategies, and SEO for technology-driven services and enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in analytical research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, website optimization, technical SEO basics, content management, reporting, and SEO strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
  • Manage on-page SEO and off-page SEO activities
  • Handle website optimization, technical SEO improvements, and performance monitoring
  • Work on SEO strategies for AI, enterprise solutions, Odoo, Salesforce, SaaS, and technology service pages
  • Create and manage content planning, SEO strategy, and content optimization
  • Drive lead generation through organic and paid marketing channels
  • Manage backlink creation, outreach, guest posting, and off-page SEO activities
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and qualified leads
  • Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies
  • Prepare SEO performance reports and optimization recommendations

  • Experience working on B2B technology or IT service websites is an added advantage

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
  • SEO/Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing preferred
