What Youll Do

• Own the complete content and SEO strategy from idea to execution
• Plan and manage a content calendar based on keyword research and trends
• Write and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, etc.)
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
• Track and improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO execs and writers
• Build and execute backlink strategies and outreach campaigns
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI-driven SERPs (like SGE)
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO with business goals

Who You Are

• 12 years of experience in SEO, content, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
• Someone who understands both content + data
• Comfortable using SEO tools (GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Knows how to build backlinks and internal linking strategies
• Has leadership potential or prior team handling experience
• Curious and always updated with SEO trends & AI tools
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
