What were looking for:

Experience in on-page & off-page SEO

Understanding of travel-related keywords (tour packages, destinations, etc.)

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

Prior experience working on travel websites will be a strong advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research focused on travel-related searches (tour packages, destinations, visa services, etc.)
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for travel keywords (on-page SEO)
• Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink building, travel directory submissions, and outreach
• Work on SEO for tour package pages, destination pages, and travel content
• Monitor website traffic and keyword rankings using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Perform competitor analysis within the travel industry
• Coordinate with content writers for SEO-friendly travel blogs and itineraries
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends in the travel domain

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 04 years of experience in SEO, preferably in travel & tourism industry
• Experience working on travel websites, tour packages, or destination-based SEO
• Understanding of travel-related keywords and seasonal search trends
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Basic knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Good communication and content understanding skills
• Immediate joiners or candidates with relevant travel industry exposure preferred
