What Youll Own

This isnt a just do keywords role. Youll be responsible for driving real, measurable organic growth.

• Research highintent keywords and uncover new ranking opportunities
• Execute onpage SEO: meta tags, internal linking, schema, content optimization
• Build strong offpage signals: backlinks, outreach, guest posts
• Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with dev
• Work with content team to create SEOfirst landing pages & blogs
• Track performance using GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Improve page speed, crawlability, and mobile performance
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions and act fast when needed
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance insights

What You Need to Bring

• 12 years of handson SEO experience
• Strong understanding of onpage, offpage & technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into action
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Hunger to learn, experiment, and grow
