Job Description

Job Title: SDR Team Lead

Client Location: Kharadi, Pune - 411014

Shift Schedule: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Hybrid schedule)


Role Overview

At Unbound IA, the SDR team sits shoulder-to-shoulder with the marketing team, ensuring tight integration between the people generating leads and the people capturing them. Youd be joining a dynamic group of people learning to bring the agencys new positioning to market, with plenty scope to input strategically into how the business is presented to prospects.


As the SDR Team Lead at Unbound IA, you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation through the nurturing and coaching of our SDR team, whilst also actively contributing as an individual contributor. This is a player-coach role focused on improving team performance through leadership, coaching SDRs to be the best version of themselves, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality sales opportunities using a full suite of integrated growth tools. Youll have the chance to work with AI in the loop, learning how agentic sales work when combined with great human talent.


Key Responsibilities ~

Team leadership & coaching of 6 SDRs, leading by example and excellence

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed targets

Host team stand-ups, triaging blockers and identifying solutions to support junior team members in bettering their performance

Conduct regular call reviews and performance coaching sessions to analyze current efforts and identify opportunities for improvement, then following through

Support onboarding and ramp-up of new SDRs, working with leadership to manage talent

Monitor daily/weekly activity and performance metrics

Identify gaps and implement actions to improve conversion and productivity

Contribute to pipeline generation as an individual contributor

Lead by example in prospecting, outreach, and qualification

Process & strategy optimization, working with leadership to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and help integrate them into existing workflows with the broader team

Refine outreach strategies, messaging, and sequences to enhance performance in an iterative manner

Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversion

Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in HubSpot

Cross-functional collaboration with the marketing function, account directors, and post-sales delivery teams

Work closely with Account Directors to ensure quality handoff of opportunities


Requirements ~

46 years of experience in SDR/Inside Sales in a B2B environment

Prior experience mentoring or leading SDRs (formal or informal)

Understanding of demand generation and outbound/inbound motions

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets

Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot non-negotiable, Clay and ZoomInfo a plus)

Strong appetite for understanding, using, and designing agentic SDR operations


Preferred ~

Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or marketing services

Exposure to ABM or multi-channel prospecting strategies

Experience working closely with marketing to influence marketing outputs and best capture marketing leads strongly preferred Success in This Role Looks Like
