Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern US Market
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office 5 Days)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Night Shift US Market)

Convin is looking for energetic and driven SDR Interns to help us expand in the US market. This role is perfect for someone who wants to break into SaaS sales and gain hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and global sales exposure.
You will be on the front lines of our sales engine engaging with potential customers, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
If you have strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to speak with global clients, this role will give you unmatched exposure to real-world sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US market
Identify and reach out to decision-makers across target companies
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Clearly communicate Convins value proposition to potential customers
Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in CRM tools
Follow up consistently with prospects via calls and emails
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos
Continuously improve pitch, objection handling, and communication skills
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills (mandatory)
Strong command of English with a neutral/global accent
High confidence and willingness to do cold calling
Ability to work night shifts (6 PM 3 AM) from office
Hustler mindset with a strong willingness to learn sales
Resilient attitude ability to handle rejections positively
Basic understanding of sales/outbound prospecting is a plus
Freshers or final-year students can apply
Good to Have
Prior internship or exposure in sales, customer support, or calling roles
Experience with cold calling or lead generation
Interest in SaaS, startups, or B2B sales
