Role Summary

Own the design, development, and operation of scalable systems while driving complex projects across teams. Act as a technical leader who solves ambiguous problems, improves engineering standards, and ensures reliable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down and solve large, complex, cross-functional problems.
• Design scalable systems, APIs, service contracts, and migration strategies.
• Drive platformization and influence technology and architecture decisions.
• Write high-quality code and elevate engineering best practices across teams.
• Own system performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
• Lead troubleshooting of production issues, outages, and critical incidents.
• Plan and execute projects with strong ownership, risk management, and predictable delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Business, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams.
