Job Description

Role :- Scrum Master - Embedded System

Experience :- 5 to 10 Years

Location :- Pune

Technical Knowledge :

Scrum Master Certification (SAFe SM, CSM or PSM I).

Good knowledge on RTOS preferably Zephyr

Demonstrated good knowledge of Embedded Firmware development with 16 Bit / 32 Bit Microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32)

Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste

Coaches the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability.

Should have experience of SAFe, Kanban and Scrum

Facilitates all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives. Also should be aware of all PI ceremonies too.

Keeps the team focused on deliverables by working with team manager to remove impediments.

Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment.

Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress.

Works closely with Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions

Work closely with team to guide the product from inception through delivery. Good knowledge of GitHub, JIRA and Agile/SAFe methodologies
