Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in New Delhi. The Script Writer will develop clear, engaging scripts for video content, product explainers, marketing campaigns, and internal presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with creative and marketing teams, outlining story structures, and writing scripts tailored to specific audiences and platforms. The role involves collaborating with video producers and designers to refine scripts for visual storytelling, timing, and pacing, as well as revising content based on stakeholder feedback. The Script Writer will also research industry topics, maintain a consistent brand voice, and ensure all scripts align with campaign goals and technical constraints.
Qualifications
  • Strong script-focused writing skills, including Scriptwriting, Scripting, and Screenplays for a variety of formats (short-form, long-form, and promotional content).
  • Experience creating narrative flows and dialogue that translate effectively into Video Production environments, collaborating closely with production and creative teams.
  • Solid foundational Writing skills, including grammar, clarity, tone adaptation, and the ability to convey complex ideas in simple language.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, understand audience insights, and align scripts with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in digital media, advertising, or tech-driven environments is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
