The Role

Were hiring a Scriptwriter / Copywriter who specializes in influencer-style and short-form video content. Youll craft crisp, high-impact scripts that simplify business concepts and drive engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

What Youll Do

• Write engaging scripts for short-form videos (3090 seconds) and influencer-style content
• Translate consulting insights, frameworks, and case studies into clear, compelling narratives
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling angles, and concise messaging
• Collaborate with founders, consultants, and video teams to bring scripts to life
• Adapt tone and style for different formats, audiences, and platforms
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in copywriting/scriptwriting, preferably for digital or video content
• Proven experience creating influencer-style or short-form video scripts
• Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Excellent storytelling, structure, and attention to detail
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Experience in B2B, consulting, or knowledge-driven content is a strong plus
