About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Life Coach to serve as an in-school counsellor, anchoring Tiekes program within the school ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers and parents to support holistic student development with a strong focus on students' physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Deliverables

Lead and facilitate Tiekes character-building program within the school

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students

Deliver engaging, classroom sessions on life skills, values and SEL

Use Tiekes AI platform to manage assessments, track student progress and generate insights

Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate student well-being into daily school life

Maintain structured documentation, reports and progress tracking

Engage with parents through regular updates, feedback sessions and discussions

Qualifications & Skills

M.Sc. in Psychology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and adolescents

Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)

Comfortable with digital tools and basic data/reporting systems

Preferred Experience

13 years in school counselling, life skills education or student wellness roles

Freshers with a strong interest in school counselling are encouraged to apply
