Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a School Administrator. The School Administrator will oversee daily operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of the school. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting educators in lesson planning, maintaining communication with parents, and promoting educational excellence and leadership within the school.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships with parents, educators, and the community
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and operational tasks
- Experience in Education and Lesson Planning to support teachers and ensure curriculum implementation
- Demonstrated abilities in Educational Leadership to promote collaborative and student-focused learning
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus
