Scholar Relations Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scholar Relations Executive based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Scholar Relations Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with scholars, coordinating scholarship processes, facilitating mentorship opportunities, and helping with scholar-related events and activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of scholar interactions, providing support and guidance, and ensuring smooth communication between the foundation and scholars.

• Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects with attention to detail.
• Experience in relationship management and the ability to support, mentor, and guide students in a professional environment.
• Technological proficiency, including familiarity with database management systems, collaboration tools, and basic office software.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address scholar needs and ensure positive outcomes.
• Previous experience in the education or non-profit sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with challenges faced by underprivileged students in India.
• Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field is required. A masters degree is an advantage.
