Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and client systems

Deploy operating systems, software applications, and updates using SCCM

Manage patching and updates (Windows Updates, third-party patches)

Monitor SCCM environment health, performance, and compliance

Create and manage collections, packages, applications, and task sequences

Troubleshoot SCCM client issues and deployment failures

Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell)

Integrate SCCM with Microsoft Intune for co-management (if applicable)

Ensure endpoint security compliance and reporting

Generate reports using SCCM and tools like SQL Server Reporting Services

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
